Roasted Fennel makes a delicious addition to any meal. Preheat your oven at 450 degrees. Clean your fennel, lets say 4 bunches. Cut off the green stuff on top and place in a hotel pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt and ground pepper. Place pan with fennel in oven for 40 minutes...Delicious.
