If I had a bunch of money...

If I had a bunch of money, I would buy property in Coney Island. Coney Island is a hole now, but in a few years, that's prime New York waterfront property. Also, if you lived in Coney Island you could eat so many hot dogs and ride the Cyclone. Someday when they can make the subway ride from Coney Island to midtown faster property values will sky-rocket there.
